Cafe Bel Etage is an exquisite pure blend of Arabica full bodied coffee harvested from small haciendas in the Central American highlands, South America, East Africa and along the Malabar Coastof India. Since 1939, the beans have been carefully selected, roasted and slowly air-cooked in centuries-old European tradition by Illycafe AG of Switzerland. Cafe Bel Etage is rooted in proud heritage and flavor distinction. It is a medium, dry roast that is ideal for espresso and drip coffee makers, and perfect for automatic coffee machines.

New England’s rich history of quality products is the inspiration for the meticulous roasting perfection of New Hampshire’s Java Tree Gourmet Coffees. There is an art to crafting a sensational blend, one truly that produces a sensual, rewarding experience. Using fluid bed technology to roast small 15 kilo batches, the beans are carefully air-cooled to ensure a perfect roast. The coffees are blended only after roasting, and each blend has its own roasting temperature to enhance its aromatic flavors.
